Juliet Johnson Staging
Juliet Johnson’s family has been
in real estate for 3 generations. While she herself is
a former Manhattan realtor,
her grandmother fixed and flipped houses in London,
England and her mother owned rental properties in Greece, France and the UK. Growing up, Juliet learned the traditional elements of regional design,
styling properties with a universal, international appeal. Juliet came to the US for college and has lived
in the New York metro area ever since. After a stint in Manhattan’s residential real estate, she went on to do live
marketing, organizing corporate events, trade shows, in-store promotions and street fairs for 12 years.She has been a professional home stager for the last 7 years.
While her niche has long been suburban homes in the $1 – 3 million price range, the principles she deploys are similarly
effective in every market. She now consults for Toll Brothers, locally, while maintaining the most enduring home staging practice
in New Jersey. Johnson has been approached by ABC News 20-20 for a project…it’s early days, on this. Juliet has trained with several of the industry's
luminaries, synthesizing and constantly refining those techniques to best illustrate the value of each property. The bottom line is always for sellers and developers to "appreciate"
what they've got!If you think her voice is familiar, you may well have heard this British voice on Sirius Satellite
Radio, or the Cartoon Network or even ABC Radio. When not staging, Juliet does voice-overs.
